JobMatcha is recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in Watford.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review Supply Chain details on the “eSource” system
2. Identification of missing information (contact details, expired insurances, expired Constructionline, etc.)
3. Administer requests for missing information
4. Contact Supply Chain via telephone confirming contact details and requesting updates
5. Systematically chase outstanding information and administer requests
6. Arrange meetings where requested and take meeting minutes
7. Draft orders for review where requested
Key Skills:
1. Good communicator
2. Organised
3. Self-motivated
4. Quick learner
5. Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel
6. Able to navigate new systems
