Account Manager Southampton / London (Hybrid) Base: £90,000 Looking for a talented Account Manager (Service Assurance Product Line for Tier 1 or ISP. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of Service Assurance solutions into assigned accounts, establishing strong client relationships to meet and exceed sales targets. Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and referral channels. Manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and guide them effectively through the sales cycle. Collaborate with internal teams to respond to RFPs, ensuring tailored and competitive technical and commercial proposals. Serve as the primary interface with customers' procurement teams, managing sourcing agreements and fostering long-term partnerships. Key Skills Proven track record in sales or account management, with a focus on technology or telecommunications solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in pipeline management and sales reporting, with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and market trends.
