The Building Surveyor's Role
The successful Building Surveyor will take on a client-facing role, managing a portfolio of instructions across various stages of the project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for conducting due diligence and technical reports, delivering contract administration and employer's agent services, and undertaking specification writing and tender documentation. You'll also be required to conduct regular site inspections and provide hands-on project delivery across multiple active schemes.
