Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Legionella Risk Assessor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct legionella risk assessments manually and electronically.
2. Ensure all paperwork and reports are completed accurately and returned promptly.
3. Perform additional operational tasks to meet contractual commitments.
Minimum Requirements:
1. City and Guilds Risk Assessing course (or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in Legionella risk assessing and the water treatment industry.
3. Familiarity with ACOP L8, HSG274, BS#removed#, and HTM 04-01 guidelines.
4. Strong IT literacy, ability to use a PDA, and draw schematic diagrams.
5. Full UK driver's license with less than 6 points. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Training is available.
