Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• A deep understanding of child development and a passion for early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt to the needs of each child.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to participate in school activities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that foster curiosity and a love of learning.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support individual development.
• Work closely with parents and carers to foster a strong home-school partnership.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
