Job Title ESG Analyst – Sustainability Advisory (Data & Reporting) Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA ESG Advisory team is looking for an ESG Analyst to support utility management, data collection, reporting & asset improvement efforts across client real-estate portfolios (investors & corporate occupiers) for our pan European & global clients. Job Description As an A nalyst, you will be supporting the delivering of ESG reporting services (specifically GRESB, SFDR, quarterly investor reporting & other legislative based reporting ) for pan European clients and undertaking carbon accounting (scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories) within the real estate sector. You will be working to improve our client’s ESG performance through improvement of data collection & disclosures (against an increasing legislative landscape) and working directly with site teams to implement action plans to improve ESG performance at an asset and portfolio level. We want our Analyst to play a crucial role in maintain ing client satisfaction. The analyst will collaborate with our wider real estate business both in EMEA and globally to develop innovative solutions to accelerate progress toward our clients’ ambitious ESG goals at the corporate, portfolio, and/or asset levels. Key Experience: Has expertise working with energy brokers and utility suppliers to collate raw data, set up automated connections and has understanding on the utility market from a data retrieval perspective Experience in applying data collection methods for reporting of ESG data (primarily Energy, Water & Waste data) Good knowledge of relevant standards from the GHG accounting (The GHG Protocol) Working knowledge and capability to support PowerBI reporting development ( PowerBI build experience not ) Managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders including, corporate real estate teams, property managers, facility manager and tenants to support data collection and capture Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in subjects such environmental science, engineering, climate change and sustainability or related field. Excellent communication skills with experience working in cross-border teams (ideally an additional European language to English). Has 2 years ( Analyst ) – 3 Years ( Consultant ) of sustainability within real estate experience. Exceptional written and oral communication– conveying complex technical information to a non-technical audience. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, online software platforms, with the ability to use spreadsheets and data analysis applications ( i.e. PowerBI )
