As Head of Product Management, you’ll play a critical role in driving our product vision and ensuring our portfolio meets business objectives and customer needs. Reporting to the CPO, you’ll lead a team of talented Product Managers and work closely with cross-functional teams across technology, product design, marketing, customer success, and operations. You’ll focus on: • Building a cohesive product portfolio with clear roadmaps and KPIs. • Establishing scalable practices and frameworks for product development. • Leading product discovery, delivery, and data-driven decision-making. • Enhancing communication across teams and aligning stakeholders on product strategy. • Creating repeatable frameworks that accelerate feedback loops and improve efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing as Head of Product • Develop and maintain a unified product portfolio roadmap informed by user feedback, internal data, and market research. • Establish processes and tools to track product performance and drive data-driven decision-making. • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product discovery, development, and delivery. • Plan, prioritise, and oversee product initiatives to deliver viable and valuable solutions aligned with company objectives. • Coordinate product releases and communicate schedules across teams and stakeholders. • Foster a positive team environment, mentoring Product Managers and ensuring effective workflows. • Define and implement scalable processes, KPIs, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and measure product success. • Leverage deep customer, data, business, and market knowledge to guide strategic product decisions. The Skills and Experience Needed for the Head of Product Role • Proven leadership experience as a Head of Product or Senior Product Manager, owning a SaaS product portfolio. • Strong track record of working across diverse teams, including tech, design, and commercial functions. • Industry knowledge, particularly in insurance, fintech, or other regulated sectors (a plus). • Startup experience, thriving in fast-paced, scaling environments with a focus on innovation. • Confidence and expertise in presenting to senior stakeholders and delivering strategic reports. • Strategic and analytical thinking skills, paired with strong time and resource management abilities. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, combined with a highly organised and autonomous approach to managing tasks.
