Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in door-to-door sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The role involves visiting restaurants, demonstrating our innovative all-in-one online ordering, website, and reservation system, and getting them onboard. Additionally, the role includes some after-sales support to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Execution: Proactively visit restaurants and takeaways to sell our all-in-one online ordering, website, and reservation system.
* Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate how our product can streamline their operations, enhance customer experience, and increase revenues.
* Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Onboarding: Assist new clients with the setup and go-live process, ensuring they are comfortable using the system.
* After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales service to address any questions or issues and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
* Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in door-to-door sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sector.
Skills:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Friendly, approachable, and talkative with an ability to build rapport quickly.
* Understanding that sales is more than a script; it's about understanding customer needs and adapting the approach.
* Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
* Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and able to explain complex solutions in a simple manner.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients on-site.
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
