A day in the life:
You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff, including developing a culture that echoes Norse Care values:

About St Nicholas House:
St Nicholas House is our residential care home in Dereham. The home provides short term and full time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
