A bit about the role
Working as a production operative, you will form part of a team that is responsible for the safe and efficient running of a machine. Here at Finlays, we have a wide range of machinery and processes that are each capable of offering our customers different formats of Tea and Coffee bags, just like you would see in a supermarket aisle.
Each machine requires a different style of operation; therefore, you can expect a tailored training programme to be bespoke to your designated area of working. This could involve making round or square tea bags, ground or whole bean coffee or even fruit and herbal teas, the possibilities are endless! This will help you along your journey so that you can safely navigate through product changeovers and conversions to help keep our customers in stock of their favourite products.
