RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

The client portfolio spans both the UK and international market places. Specialising in middle and senior management appointments, we source high quality candidates from the UK as well as all over the world in various disciplines, from key management roles to board level directors.
We utilise leading edge recruitment technology and marketing tools and work with a large blue chip multinational client base offering a full range of talent, recruitment, and assessment services.
THE ROLE
The role of Recruitment Consultant will involve a combination of new business development, account management, and transactional recruitment. You will be part of a successful and established team with a strong reputation in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing client relationships and attending client visits.
2. New business development.
3. Advertising, interviewing, and managing candidates through the selection process.
4. Sourcing, screening, and consulting with candidates on their career aspirations.
5. Forging strong relationships with clients and companies.
6. Developing and expanding your market sector and identifying new business opportunities.
You will have access to sophisticated recruitment software and a regularly updated candidate and client database supported by our recruitment team.
THE PERSON
We are looking for a university graduate with drive, ambition, and commitment. The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience in recruiting managerial and executive level candidates.
2. Technical and competency/behavioural interviewing experience.
3. CIPD level 3 or 5 (advantageous but not a prerequisite).
4. Psychometric testing or coaching qualifications (advantageous but not a prerequisite).
5. The ability to build rapport and relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
6. A hardworking and committed attitude, with a focus on work-life balance.
Previous recruitment experience as an in-house recruiter, HR/Talent Acquisition/Resourcing Manager, or with a recruitment/executive search consultancy is ideal. You should be a high-achieving individual with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects to successful conclusions.

These roles are offered on a full or part-time or job share basis with some opportunity to occasionally work from home. This may involve occasional evening calls to candidates/clients. The role will predominantly be based from our offices near Pershore.
