Job summary This post has been funded by the Greater Manchester Regional Research Delivery Network to improve and facilitate recruitment of GMMH service users, their families, carers and staff to high quality mental health research studies on the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Portfolio. Main duties of the job The post-holder will work with GMMH research units and clinical teams to maximise participant recruitment to NIHR portfolio studies utilising new and established systems and processes. The post holder will liaise with local clinical teams and study sponsors to support the delivery of study protocols and the service users involved. The post holder will be involved in ensuring that the research undertaken safeguards the well-being of the service users and will have a key role in providing and maintaining appropriate participant-focused environment to facilitate the production of good quality research.
