Hamstead Primary School is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work with 1-1 SEND pupils or to provide support within class. The successful candidate will join our hardworking and committed team who work to raise standards and outcomes for our children.
The successful candidate must display energy and determination to support us in our drive towards continuing to raise standards. Therefore, we are looking for:
1. someone who is passionate about supporting our young children to ensure the best possible outcomes for them;
2. someone who is committed to our values and can form positive relationships with all stakeholders;
3. someone who can inspire and motivate children in creative ways;
4. someone with a good subject knowledge and understanding of some of the primary phases;
5. someone who is positive and organised and can display emotional intelligence;
6. someone who has experience of supporting pupils with SEN/EAL needs and has a good grasp of phonics delivery.
