As the first point of contact for visitors and businesses, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
1. Greeting visitors with a warm smile and assisting them with any inquiries
2. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or office
3. Providing accurate information to callers and ensuring excellent customer service
4. Assisting the management team with organising contractor visits on site
5. Performing data entry tasks and maintaining filing records
6. Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
7. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Our client values professionalism and offers an attractive hourly rate of £12.25. With 35 hours per week, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse and fast-paced role.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a friendly and positive attitude. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role will be highly beneficial.
