Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver building surveying projects across various sectors including commercial, retail, and residential.
Undertake building inspections, prepare reports, and provide advice on maintenance, repairs, and building compliance.
Lead and mentor junior surveyors, providing guidance and expertise.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Assist with strategic planning, cost management, and project coordination. Skills & Experience Required:
MRICS qualified or working towards.
Extensive experience in building surveying, ideally with a focus on commercial properties.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction law.
Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage complex relationships.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
