Menlo Park are working with a GP practice looking to add a Prescribing Pharmacist with experience in Primary Care to their growing team for 30 hours per week. Primary Care experience, completion of the CPPE pathway and being an Independent Prescriber is essential for the role. You will be part of a growing and motivated team with a very forward thinking attitude, always looking for ways to offer the best service to patients.
Salary – £48,000 – £50,000 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + BH + Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Leave + Employee Assistance Program

Your role –
* Part time Practice Pharmacist (30 hours)
* Work alongside a very varied and experienced MDT
* Provide expert advice to patients and other staff regarding drug management
* Need to be an Independent Prescriber with experience in Primary Care and completed CPPE pathway!
