PMO Planning and Resourcing Manager - Birmingham Hybrid working Competitive Salary PMO Planning and Resourcing Manager required for a leading client based in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a PMO Planning and Resourcing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of supply and demand of resources across all ongoing and planned engagements. This role includes forecasting financials, gross profit, and actual expenditure reports for our PMO team and other practices within the organisation. Key skills and responsibilities, Experienced in best practice principles for resource management and portfolio management. A proficient stakeholder manager capable of enforcing standards in an engaging and diplomatic manner while building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Skilled in data analysis and able to present complex information concisely to senior leadership. Exhibits excellent attention to detail and is comfortable providing analysis and insight. Possesses excellent scheduling and planning skills with the ability to analyse implications of changes in a logical and concise manner. Proficient in using technology, including analytics tools, D365, and resource management software. Experience in PMO, finance, and resource management for change portfolios and programmes. Managed direct reports, set objectives, conducted regular reviews and performance appraisals. Collaborative teamwork and navigating complex decisions. Worked with multiple resource teams and third parties. Collaborate with the Talent Manager and People Practice for staff training and hiring. Stay updated on resource management trends and best practices Create accurate analytical reports to manage project budgets, forecasts, pipelines, resourcing, and schedules. Provide MI for weekly and monthly reporting on planning, change, operations, and governance. Support management and exec teams with quality information for operational decisions. Interested?
