Our client is a B2B conference and events company, specialising in knowledge-sharing forums attended by senior executives, including Heads, Directors, and VPs, who represent many of the world's renowned brands.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be fully responsible for marketing strategies and campaign execution for their portfolio of events and brands.
Your specific duties will include:
* Developing and executing targeted marketing strategies for a range of products and events
* Building beneficial marketing partnerships with associations and publications
* Utilising a comprehensive array of online marketing tactics, such as social media, SEO, and PPC
* Engaging customers with tailored marketing content to generate leads
* Creating all promotional content and collateral
* Collaborating with speakers and sponsors to promote their participation across their networks
* Managing the company and events' websites, including regular content and copy updates
* Overseeing database and customer contact management, including data segmentation
Desired skills and Experience
* Possess a degree in marketing, business management, media, communications, or a related field
* At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B publishing, conferences or events
* Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.
* Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, MailChimp, etc.
* Skilled in design programs, including Canva, Adobe, etc.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
* Enthusiastic about new experiences, responsibilities, and accountability
