Technical Support Engineer
We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to join a GOV organisation to support their Technical Hub to drive ticket management.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing continuous support and taking steps to improving service support.
Experience:
* Troubleshooting and repairing PC's and Laptops
* HP and Dell Understanding
* Technical updates
* Triage on Technical Hardware
* Service Maintenance
* Liaise and Arrange Parts for Technical Equipment
* Manage active and potential service issues
Contract Details:
* £150 - £160 Per Day (Inside IR35)
* Onsite
* 3 months Initial Contract (With Extension Possibilities)
* Able to Gain to SC Clearance
