About the Role
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, combining technical expertise with outstanding customer service. Your assessments will ensure our repairs meet the highest standards, reinforcing our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough inspections to determine the extent of vehicle damage.
* Produce accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard tools (e.g., Audatex).
* Collaborate with customers, insurers, and technicians to ensure seamless communication throughout the repair process.
* Ensure estimates align with manufacturer and insurer requirements.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and keeping clients informed at every step.
* Monitor the repair process to guarantee superior quality control.
* Maintain meticulous records of inspections, estimates, and repairs.
What You Bring to the Role
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within the automotive repair industry.
* Expertise in damage assessment and repair techniques.
* Proficiency with estimating software such as Audatex.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
* Relevant qualifications in vehicle damage assessment or equivalent practical experience.
