This is a role as a Receptionist at the Fleet Hall Care Home, which is part of the Avery Healthcare group. Avery Healthcare is one of the UK's largest providers of luxury elderly care homes, and they are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team. The role will involve providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. Your responsibilities will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages accordingly. You will also be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be required to maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.

ABOUT THE ROLE
