About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting patient care through effective administration and coordination. Key responsibilities include managing patient communications, processing prescriptions, handling inbound calls and emails, and coordinating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also manage data entry and reporting while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
