Job Description
* Leading and managing the finance team.
* Conducting cost analyses and preparing budget reports.
* Developing and implementing cost-effective solutions.
* Coordinating with the financial controller to define financial strategy and policy.
* Conducting risk assessments and financial forecasts.
* Ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
* Preparing financial statements for internal and external use.
* Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Costing Accountant should have:
* A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* A professional certification such as CIMA or ACCA.
* Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. SAP).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
