We are Hiring Position: Core Solution/Practice Architect
Work Location: London, United Kingdom
Salary Budget: £100K per annum [Fixed base]
We need to identify 1x Candidate who is open to travel to Leeds (2 days a week) – Permanent Position.
We need 1x in the client location as well.
We are looking for Analytics Architects working in those ecosystems as Sales / Pre-Sales / Practice Architects (with hands-on solution experience). Candidates should have 15-18 years of experience (with the last 5-8 years hands-on in Cloud, preferably Snowflake) and a background in Delivery transitioning to Pre-Sales/Sales Architect roles.
Responsibilities:
1. Ability to mine current Portfolio of accounts by developing relationships with customer connects, generating sales and solution opportunities across Industry Domains (60% BFS, 20% INSURANCE, 20% Travel and Transportation, 10% Mix of Retail, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Life Sciences).
2. Meet customers regularly to maintain and manage existing relationships.
3. Support Solution, RFP, RFI, RfX and manage Opportunities end to end.
4. Support Demand Generation and manage Customer Expectations.
5. Work with Delivery and Talent Acquisition Team to fulfill Demands.
6. Fine-tune operational processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
7. Take ownership to build Solutions and manage customer interactions.
8. Meet and exceed Growth / Revenue targets for the Portfolio (approx. $15m) for DATA Service Line.
9. Assist in solution development by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities.
10. Forge and grow professional connects with key decision makers within client organizations.
11. Build relationships with Ecosystem partners and establish the firm's image.
12. Nurture in-depth knowledge of clients’ business models and key business influencers.
13. Aggressively manage Revenue Growth by identifying new and/or cross-sell opportunities.
14. Strong understanding of Data, Analytics and AI concepts and experience in next-gen Data on Cloud Technologies.
15. Successfully delivered Projects/Programs in building Enterprise Data Platforms on Cloud.
16. Entrepreneurship mindset to manage customer expectations and opportunities.
17. Ability to travel 30% of the time within UK, Europe, or Globally for Sales.
