Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dynamic Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Lead Pharmacy Technician. In this role, you will lead and develop the operational aspects of our dispensaries and associated staff, playing a key role in maintaining a high quality, safe, well-governed, productive and cost-effective medicines supply service to our wards and community teams. The successful candidate will be driven to introduce new ways of working to optimise the pharmacy supply service, your expertise will contribute to the productivity and cost-effectiveness of our services. Requires a GPhC registered technician who can demonstrate excellent leadership and organisational skills, can communicate effectively across all disciplines, ability to prioritise and independently manage their own workload. Main duties of the job This is a permanent post working 37.5 hours a week over 5 days (Monday to Friday), compressed hours can be considered on appointment.
