In our Support Worker role, you’ll be providing personal care and support in line with policies and procedures and individualised care and support plans. ??Location: Ashley Court – Lincoln??Salary: Up to £17,472.00 per annum (based on a 100% FTE of £21,840.00 per annum) ??Contract: Permanent ?Your week: 28hrs per week, 4 shifts over 4 days on a 3 week fixed rolling rota (Shifts are 7am to 2pm and 2pm to 9pm) ?Snapshot of your role This is what your day will look like as our Support Worker Provide for all personal care needs, in line with individual care and support plans. Ensure peoples’ medication needs are met, prompting and/or administrating medication in line with the Medication Policy and care and support plans as required. Maintain and respect all peoples’ choices, privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and independence, treating them as individuals. Enable people to maximise their independence. ??Your toolkit for success To thrive in our Support Worker role, you’ll need: Care Certificate in Health & Social Care, or willing to work towards. Experience of supporting individuals through paid work, voluntary or lived experience. Good verbal and written communication. Able to keep legible and accurate records. Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers. Why join Amplius?
