Your Role As Sales Manager, you will: Lead and motivate a team of telephone advisers to exceed sales targets. Oversee the VoIP dialler system, optimizing call efficiency and productivity. Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on team performance for senior management. Collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency and customer retention. Organize training sessions with insurance providers to keep brokers informed on the latest products. Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven success in a leadership role within telephone sales, preferably in life insurance. Expertise in driving performance, coaching teams, and delivering results. Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and develop actionable strategies. Commitment to maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and ethical practices.
