Contract Coordinator

Telent are now looking for a Contract Coordinator to work for the Traffic Engineering Team within the Walsall office due to an influx of new business. This role will provide contract support, fault coordination, engineer tasking, and day to day administration. This role will initially be office based with the potential for hybrid working after 6 months.

What you'll do:
1. Provide support to the Contract Management Team via Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
2. Liaise with customers and engineers on a daily basis.
3. Ensure fault records are accurately maintained and check for patterns.
4. Plan and coordinate switch off works.
5. Ensure all work is processed and achieved within in time and in alignment with the procedures in place for the contract requirements.
6. Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, support, and fault calls.
7. Ad-hoc project support, as requested.
Who you are:
This role will be suitable for someone with experience in administration or experience in a coordinator role in a busy environment.
Key Requirements:
1. IT Skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
2. Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner.
3. Ability to work as part of a team.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
5. Ability to work accurately and consistently.
6. Experience of Data Management and information transfer with high levels of attention to detail.
7. Ability to work towards KPI's and strict SLA's.
8. Experience of using Oracle - Desirable.
9. Experience of Fault Management Systems - Desirable.
