Our Customer Service Advisor's are the first point of contact for our customers & must always maintain the highest level of service. You will work in a fast-paced environment - no two days are ever the same Job Role: Responsible for the administration of incoming insurance claims, Booking customers in for estimates & their vehicle repairs, Provide an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, Effectively operate a Bodyshop Management system, maintaining detailed claim logs, Liaise with our Customers, Work Providers & Insurance companies to provide progress updates on repairs, Ensure the efficient operation of vehicle movements (in/out), Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner, Take card payments from customers for Sales Invoices, Take a proactive approach to work & assisting colleagues where necessary. OTHER EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS TO INCLUDE - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, A great team player, who can easily build relationships with all departments in the company, Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high workload, Exceptional attention to detail, Very good written and spoken English is essential, Excellent IT skills - specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
