Around each village, the Food and Beverage department employs around 350 team members across a number of restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as a production kitchen.

This is an entry-level chef opportunity, where no experience is required as we will provide full training and support.
You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of different kitchen environments, from grills and burgers in our American diner to fine Indian fusion cuisine.
HOURS OF WORK
We have various contracts available with a variety of shift patterns including daytime, evenings or a mix of both. Flexibility will be required as our village is open 365 days of the year, so you will need to be able to work some weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.
