We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our expanding team, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and driving sales across our fleet division.
The Role: As the Corporate Sales Manager with our brand partners Volvo and Kia, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing the corporate sales function, working closely with businesses to understand their fleet requirements and offering tailored vehicle solutions. You will be the face of TMS Motor Group in the corporate market, tasked with delivering exceptional customer service, developing long-term partnerships, and maximising revenue through a consultative sales approach.
Salary: £40,000 Basic Salary plus bonus giving a total OTE of £71,200
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and further develop an already established small but growing team.
Identify and secure new corporate clients, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our brand partners.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
Represent TMS Motor Group at corporate events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
About You: The ideal candidate will have lots of experience and a proven track record in corporate, fleet and B2B sales within the automotive fleet industry. You will be a self-motivated, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Strong fleet/corporate car sales experience.
Departmental management experience is preferred.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the automotive industry or a keen interest in it is highly advantageous.
A full UK driving licence is required.
