Our clienthas a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager tojoin them at their dealership inEdgware.
Youll beresponsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel andoperations of the Service Department and anticipate and identifycustomer needs. Youll be responsible for maximising the use of allavailable resources to ensure the department is run in the mosteffective manner. Youll be able to make a difference and motivateother team members to achieve their businessgoals.

JobPurpose:
Todrive the standard in customer care. You ll organise and operatethe service function within the dealership optimising the use ofavailable resources and ensuring the highest level of customerservice is maintained. You ll exemplify our clients PurposePrinciples and Ambition (PPA) in all dealings with colleaguescustomer andprospects.
KeyResponsibilities andAccountabilities:
* Supportthe effective management of the dealerships Aftersalesfunction.
* Maximisethe use of all available resources to ensure the department is runin the most effectivemanner.
* Givethe diverse customer base a positive impression of themselves andourclient
* Deliverthe most positive customer experience possible in line with ourclientsPPA.
* Anticipateand identify customer needs and meet and exceed them byrelationship building and taking responsibility for resolvingcustomerproblems.
* Workwith customers to the highest ethical and professional standards tobuild long term profitablerelationships.
* Demonstrateexceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriatelywithcustomers.
