Could you be our Industrial Quality Support Engineer in Crewe we're looking for at Alstom, to take on a new challenge and apply your expertise to design and deploy our Quality Control Plan to support an external demerit at 0 for Alstom Customer and the Zero Defect Program?? Your future role Take on a new challenge in Crewe and apply your Industrial Quality Support Engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll report to the Head of Quality for POM UK&I Services and work alongside a dedicated and passionate Services team in Alstom UK&I. Day-to-day, you'll assist with performing inspections of products (Customer joint inspections included if applicable). We'll look to you to the following:
* Recording inspection results in the industrial tools as required & performed follow-up.
* Performing first characterization & manage NCR's for non-compliant products for internal responsibility.
* Performing first characterization & manage Supplier NCR's
* Having ability to accepts or reject products as defined in the working instructions / Expert support.
* Supporting manufacturing teams regarding the self-inspection, delegation of control (Training, audit, …) & Position Quality Animation with EPU manager.
* Generate Control Plans as required
* Support Concession process as required

* Associate degree for Technician/Engineer (ex. equivalent of BTS in France - 2 years technical degree after high school)
* Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.

* Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level.
* Management experience (for PIQ manager).
* Project management or equivalent.
