Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating the medicines management process in designated areas, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will provide expert advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, and support clinical pharmacists in optimising treatment plans. Additionally, you will oversee the work of junior technicians and assist in training and development activities. Experience in taking responsibility for specific areas and proficiency in Medicines Management Technician (MMT) duties are essential for this role. Your commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team will be key to your success. Qualifications and Experience: • GPhC registration • NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification • Minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience in a hospital pharmacy setting • Experience in Medicines Management Technician (MMT) duties • Proven ability to take responsibility for specific areas within the pharmacy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organisational and time management abilities • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Why work with Pulse?
