PA/Office Manager – London Central - £16.63-£21.66 per hour – 12 months Hybrid role
This role is working for two Directors and is critical to the smooth running of the business, requiring a great level of flexibility. The role will be hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office induction for all new starters
2. Support Health & Safety governance
3. Run the monthly committee meetings and track actions
4. Restock kitchen and manage office maintenance
5. Coordinate town hall events
6. Manage Directors' time, diary, and administration
7. Handle Directors' expenses
8. Arrange meetings, town halls, away days, and travel arrangements
Candidate Requirements:
Candidates will have:
1. Strong computer skills
2. Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
3. An agile and flexible approach to change
4. Strong project management capabilities with excellent execution skills
5. The ability to multitask and be results-driven
6. The ability to deliver operational plans in a highly demanding environment
7. Team player mindset with an understanding of the business context to support delivery
8. Experience working within a Blue Chip organization
