Salary: £37,631 - £42,943 (dependent upon experience) + London Allowance with potential for progression. Discretionary range for exceptional candidates may be considered.

About the Role:
This role plays a vital part in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of students at Coventry University. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering initiatives to promote positive mental health, providing support services and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive approach to student wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategies to promote positive mental health and wellbeing among students
* Provide advice, guidance, and support to students experiencing mental health concerns
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs on mental health awareness and promotion
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to student wellbeing
Requirements:
* Relevant professional qualification or degree in a field such as counselling, psychology, or social work
* Proven experience in a similar role or relevant sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
