Requirements of the role
Outstanding timekeeping and punctuality.
2 years brow and lash experience.
Performing a range of treatments including threading, lash lift and lash extensions.
Superior standards of customer service.
Availability to work required over some weekends and holidays.
Smart presentation with excellent communication and speaking skills (essential).
Excellent up-selling and promotion skills of products and services.
To undertake all training and development in treatment procedures.
General housekeeping duties.

This is a dream role for a Brow and Lash Technician who prides themselves on 5* customer care and who can deliver exceptional beauty treatments.
Experience working in a professional, customer-facing environment such as beauty, spa or retail.

Fluent in English. You must be well-spoken and confident in communicating with our guests.
Sales focused with experience meeting retail and service targets
Ability to deliver top quality treatments with immaculate attention to detail.
