Brook Street are working with our valued client to find a Sales Engineer to join their expanding sales and business development team. They are an established specialist safety equipment provider who have become a leader in their field with over 35 years of experience in the industry.\n\nThis position will focus on working with customers to provide technical consultation, promote products and support with implementation of safety products for your clients.\n\nJob Type - Permanent\n\nSalary - up to £40,000 (DOE)\n\nLocation - Field based (with travel to the Nottingham office)\n\nStart Date - ASAP\n\nAs a Sales Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for the business's customer base across your region. This role will require regular travel to meet with customers and prospect clients, so a full valid UK driving license is required to be considered.\n\nWe are looking for candidates who have proven experience in a sales development position, who can show an aptitude for finding sales opportunities and convert these opportunities into revenue streams for the business.
You will need to be comfortable prospecting new clients and being in a customer/client facing role.\n\nRequirements -\n\nFull UK driving license\n5 years experience in a field based sales role (ideally within technical sales)\nExcellent communication skills\nProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is desirable)\nConsultative approach to technical salesAs a Sales Engineer working for this respected company you would need to be willing to immerse yourself into this industry, ensuring that you stay up to date with industry standards and changes within the industry.
