We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Registered Nurse/ODP to join our Recovery team based in the Theatre department at Bronglais General Hospital, Aberystwyth.
Elective and emergency surgery is performed in our department 24/7, with an opportunity to work weekends.
This post is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will join a motivated team of multi-disciplinary professionals delivering high quality, evidence-based care to our patients.
This vacancy is suitable for Registered Nurses/Operating Department Practitioners. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with the ability to work well within a challenging environment, and who can deliver high quality patient care.
A structured induction programme will be provided for all new members of staff, plus access to on-going continuing professional education and development.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
