We are looking for an Account Executive ready to hit the ground running and fully immerse themselves in the creative world. You will build and nurture client relationships, so this really is your time to shine! As you will be working with several clients, no day will be the same, meaning the opportunities for learning and development are endless.
Your Responsibilities:
As the Account Executive, your primary role is to provide full support to your team to meet your client's demands. You will focus on the accurate and timely delivery of work and administration under the direction of your senior team. As an Account Executive, you keep everything moving proactively within a busy, supportive, fun environment!
Client Relationships
* Build strong working relationships with key client stakeholders to understand expectations and ensure these are met.
* Support the Account Manager with efficient planning, coordination, and communication of account activity both internally and to key client stakeholders.
* Project manage creative jobs, working closely with the creative teams to ensure outputs meet client expectations.
* Be responsible for creative and website briefing, trafficking, and supply including proofreading.
* Manage the production cycle including briefing, feedback, quote sign-off by client, trafficking, and supply.
* Develop a strong understanding of each brand's values and creative guidelines.
* Manage the organisation of meetings including agendas, preparation of reports and documents, setting up of calls, catering, technology, transport, and personnel required.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and work with Account Managers on projects finding solutions to client issues.
Reporting
* Create reports on the status of accounts on a regular basis to ensure the wider account management team has an understanding of the state of play.
* Manage internal documents like work-in-progress documents to aid the efficient running of every account.
* Manage deadlines across the account team, keeping track of briefing work to ensure deadlines are met.
* Take responsibility for account administration, ensuring information, systems, and filing are up to date across accounts.
* Ensure all documents and client deliverables are consistent in quality and thoroughly proofread.
* Communicate meeting agendas and circulate relevant materials.
* Note take in meetings, sharing them with the team as a point of reference.
* Attend and participate in team meetings and training to develop own knowledge and skills.
* Manage the opening, closing, and billing of jobs alongside Account Managers.
* Support the Account Managers with ad hoc tasks to meet client's day-to-day needs.
Requirements
* Passion for the arts and live entertainment industry.
* Creativity and efficient communication to clients of the activity delivered by the agency.
* Strong organisational skills able to identify, communicate and manage deadlines effectively.
* Proactive in nature, identifying areas within the account team where your skills can add value.
* Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring agency output is proofread and checked.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relay information internally and externally and build trusting relationships.
* Able to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.
