We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Administrator to join our client’s Sheffield team. This permanent role offers an opportunity to become an essential part of a supportive and successful team, providing key administrative support for the Tax Planning and Radius teams. Previous experience working with a solicitor or accountant would be a significant advantage for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support for client projects.
* Monitor project status and manage administrative tasks such as job status reports, billing, and cost tracking.
* Facilitate team collaboration to ensure efficient and effective client service delivery.
* Support in-person team integration and ensure real-time responsiveness in this office-based role.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience working with a solicitor or accountant would be a significant advantage for the role.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to independently manage and prioritize workload.
* Attention to Detail: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
* Communication Skills: Confident communicator comfortable engaging with all levels.
* Adaptability: Proactive approach and thrives in a dynamic environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft systems with strong administrative experience.
Role Details:
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
* Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)
* Location: Sheffield (Office-based role)
