We’re seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic law firm that values professional growth and development.
We’re particularly looking for a solicitor who has an existing client base or the ability to generate new business. The ideal candidate will be bright, hardworking, and technically proficient, with excellent communication skills and plenty of initiative.
In this role, you’ll work closely with a diverse range of clients, including agents, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants, across a variety of real estate sectors such as offices, retail, leisure, and industrial. You’ll provide legal advice on property acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, licenses, and landlord-tenant matters.
You’ll join our friendly commercial property team, where you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, with the support of experienced colleagues when needed.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4+ years' PQE
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial property matters
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Enthusiastic about generating new business and building client relationships
* Ambitious, with a strong desire for professional development
