As a Technical Services Manager, you will be the primary lead to coordinate and manage projects within the electronic gaming operation including product moves and installations. A highly organised, focused team leader who will support the gaming teams and venues in the delivery of Grosvenor’s electronic gaming offer. This role works closely with suppliers, support-based teams, and operations to deliver the electronic product roadmap. You would be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of technical specialists, maintaining high standards and adhering to best practices, while ensuring technicians are carrying out their responsibilities to budget and on time.
Responsibilities
* Manage the team of field-based technical specialists to coordinate the works and projects related to electronic gaming equipment across the estate.
* Be the link between suppliers and internal teams providing the necessary level of technical advice and support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Be responsible for the estate-wide implementation plan so operations have a clear view on dates and times for any works to the venues.
* Coordinate and take ownership of projects, developing technical briefs with designers, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate the successful delivery of projects.
* Facilitate regular meetings with operations, internal teams, and suppliers to roadmap future projects.
* Provide support to finance to ensure projects are delivered to budget with the costs correctly accounted for and ensure asset registers are kept up to date.
* Look for opportunities to improve the current technical infrastructure to benefit the wider business.
* Provide reports to the wider business on the project roadmap.

* Able to foster and maintain a high degree of trust and cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements of gaming products.
