Actual Pay - £23,428 - £25,826 Purpose of the role : We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive Learning Support Assistant to work at our secondary site in Rush Hill, Bath. St Matthias Academy offers full time education on three sites for pupils who have been permanently excluded and for those at risk of permanent exclusion from schools across Bristol and BANES. We work to create a learning environment which encourages the development of mutual respect, positive relationships and social responsibility leading towards educational and personal success.
