We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Sales Director who can drive our top-performing team to even greater heights. You’ll be responsible for crafting our sales strategy, guiding talented individuals, and playing a pivotal role in our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and Manage a team of Account Executives
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.
* Drive accountability for achieving sales targets and adhering to the sales process.
* Drive Sales Execution and Pipeline Management
* Conduct regular pipeline reviews with AEs, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression using the MEDDPICC methodology.
* Identify and address pipeline gaps, risks, and opportunities.
* Act as an executive sponsor, providing hands-on deal support.
* Sales Enablement and Training
* Onboard and train new AEs on the company's sales process, product offerings, value proposition, and MEDDPICC methodology.
* Develop and deliver ongoing sales training programs to enhance AE skills and knowledge.
* Identify and address skill gaps within the sales team.
* Hiring and Talent Development
* Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new AEs, including screening, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
* 5-8 years in B2B SaaS Sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
* Deep understanding and practical experience with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
* Excellent pipeline management and forecasting skills.
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate sales teams.
* Experience selling tax technology solutions and/or selling into the office of the CFO.
* Experience with Gong.
* Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
