Two part time On-Site Service Administrator vacancies have arisen based at the site of our customer FK Calea in Runcorn. This is a
fantastic opportunity to join the On-Site Service division of our company.
LOCATION: Manor Park, Runcorn
JOB TITLE: On-site Service Administrator
JOB TYPE: Part time (20 hours per week)
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday 6.00am - 10.00am or 1.00pm – 5.00pm (4 hours per day)
PAY: £14.00 per hour
JOB DESCRIPTION:
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE(S) WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK 20 HOURS PER WEEK AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING CLEAN GARMENTS AROUND
SITE TO VARIOUS AREAS. THERE WILL ALSO BE SOME ADMINISTRATION REQUIRED AND A LAPTOP AND MOBILE PHONE WILL BE PROVIDED AND TRAINING
GIVEN.
Key Duties:
* LOADING CLEAN GARMENTS INTO THE CORRECT LOCKERS/RACKING/LOCATIONS
* Stock rotation of garments
* BAGGING SOILED GARMENTS READY FOR COLLECTION
* Keeping the consumables stocked up in each area
* MONITORING GARMENT LEVELS IN EACH AREA
* ANSWERING DAY TO DAY ENQUIRIES
* Administration and liaising with the Account Manager and Customer Services
* Providing a point of contact between the customer and the Account Manager
* Dealing with any staff queries or issues
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE(S) MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
* RELIABLE / PUNCTUAL / SELF - MOTIVATED
* POLITE / WELL ORGANISED
* Flexible
* ABLE TO USE OWN INITIATIVE
* GOOD LEVEL OF SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH
* Good level of IT literacy
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE(S) WILL BE A MICRONCLEAN EMPLOYEE AT FK CALEA SITE IN RUNCORN AND WILL RECEIVE SUPPORT FROM OUR ON-SITE
SERVICE SUPERVISOR / CO-ORDINATORS AND HEAD OFFICE AT SKEGNESS, LINCOLNSHIRE.
FULL TRAINING AND UNIFORM WILL BE PROVIDED.
