TeacherActive is working with a well-known mainstream secondary school with a strong sense of community in the Burton area, just outside the centre. The school has high aspirations and offers fantastic support to all of its staff.
The school is looking to take on a Music Teacher on a long-term role starting immediately this February 2025. The successful applicant will be working across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, including exam preparation for GCSEs. The role will be paramount in helping students achieve excellent results in the subject, whilst following and implementing the schemes of learning.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful Music Teacher will have:
* QTS with Music specialism (ECTs are also welcomed)
* Experience teaching Music up to Key Stage 4
* Excellent classroom management
