The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office tasks and contribute towards improving company procedures and day-to-day operation. Description Manage office administrative processes and ensure efficient operation. Oversee office budget, prepare reports and update senior management. Coordinate meetings and manage department schedules. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintain a safe and secure working environment. Update and maintain office procedures and documentation. Support staff with administrative tasks and project coordination. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord. Profile A successful Office Manager should have: Prior experience in a not-for-profit organisation Worked in a similar role such as office manager or PA Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office.
