Job summary As a Health Care Assistant you will assist the Specialist Nursing Team nursing team to deliver an efficient service for patients post renal transplant. You will record patient information and provide clinical support as required to help ensure the efficient and effective running of the service. You will provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
