You must have a range of experience advising clients on the following:
* Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
* Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
* Re-mortgaging
* Transfers of equity
* Equity release
* Right to buy
* Lease extensions
